Please open up the box and if the sculpture does not appear to be broken, plug it in and make sure it lights. If it does not light it has been damaged in shipping. Do not call the shipping company. Email us or give us a call. We have two business days to report damage to the shipping company otherwise they consider the neon item delivered and accepted "as is" and you would be responsible for any costs to repair it.
