Shipping is $24.95 for this heavy item. This commercial grade Bar's Open neon sign is on our convenient automated tracking number system. When the item ships the tracking number is scanned and is downloaded to our system by UPS the next morning. We will forward the tracking number to your email address so you can know the delivery date.

If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.
