Comes double boxed with extra foam padding, but please plug in your neon clock sign right away to make sure it was not damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with 48 hours upon delivery receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the items can be combined in one box, the lower the shipping cost will be for each product. Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes.
