Beware of counterfeit lighted LED poster products.... Be careful who you shop with. There are a lot of Internet stores selling knock-offs of this poster who buys a much lower grade copy of this product. The frame is made of cheap wood or cheap plastic and the picture face is just a paper poster - easily subject to damage, fading and warping from humidity. The lighting effects used are also much lower both in quality and variety. To save cost, they use White LED lights instead of miniature incandescent lamps which have a much softer and warmer glow. In the 'headlights' of cars, for example, these 'bright White' LEDs look extremely fake and contrived. They don't "look real". The interplay between the lighting effects and the art scene is degraded and the illusion is lost. So we urge you to be careful.

We use a high quality brushed aluminum metal picture frame for all our 18x24 and 24x36 size pictures. Small Mini Posters come with a custom designed injection molded frame with Black Satin finish. We also add a solid film protective laminate to the picture surface so you can clean it like glass. Mini Led Lighted Poster Specifications:

• Mini LED posters are framed artworks decorated with special lighting effects including LED lights, miniature (screw-in) incandescent bulbs and fiber optics. Power comes from a small AC wall adaptor (included) that plugs into any 110v home electrical wall outlet. 
• Many of these images are the same as our larger 24"x36" size pictures - just smaller, at 12"x18" and with fewer lights - designed for greater appeal based on price and tastes in home decor.
• Mini LED Posters have been safety tested by Underwriter's Laboratories and bear the UL "mark for safety". They are warranted for six months from the date of purchase. The expected life of a "screw in" mini light bulb is 3-5 years and is easily replaced with a Radio Shack bulb.  The expected life of a LED light is 10 years lit continuously.
