Shipping is $19.95 for this heavy item. THIS NEON COMMERCIAL PRODUCT is on our convenient automated FedEx tracking number system. When the item ships the tracking number is scanned and is downloaded to our system by FedEx the next morning. We will forward the tracking number to your email address so you can know the delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.
