Ships double boxed with extra foam padding, but please plug in your sign right away to make sure it was not damaged in transit. We only have 2 business days to report a damage claim with the shipping company. What if it does not light or arrives damaged?
Shipping is $24.95 for this heavy oversized item. Before you order elsewhere, check the shipping as it can run as high as $60.00. We discount the shipping on multiple signs and the discount will automatically calculate in your shopping cart.

No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.
