Ships double boxed with extra foam padding, but please plug in your sign right away to make sure it was not damaged in transit. We only have 2 business days to report a damage claim with the shipping company. What if it does not light or arrives damaged?
Shipping is $24.95 to $26.95 for this heavy oversized neon sign. Before you order elsewhere, check the shipping as it can run as high as $60.00. Free shipping is a joke, believe me, you pay up the nose for it as it gets added into the total price.

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.
