Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the items can be combined in one box, the lower the shipping cost will be for each product. Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes.
