Shipping Rates*

These are estimates only*, some large and heavy items have an additional shipping cost added to them because of their heavy weight or large size. To view shipping costs for products, - Click "Add to Cart" button and enter your ship to address. Shipping cost can then be viewed in your cart. We optimize shipping costs for your entire order, therefore the larger the total order, the lower the shipping cost will be for each product.

We try to get your order out right away which still allows you to get your order fast.
We do not express ship because of the fragile nature of most of our items.
The shipping companies will not insure any fragile item that ships express.

so you usually receive your order with 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.

To view shipping costs for most products, use "Add to Cart" button and put in the shipping address with zip code. We optimize shipping costs for your entire order. If the items can be combined in one box, the lower the shipping cost will be for each product. Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes. Note: You will only be charged sales tax in Illinois.
