When can I expect delivery?

Shipping estimates:

All neon - same day (if received early) to 2 business days.

All other items: Furniture, wall decor, and lamps, etc: usually 2-3 business days.

Transit Time: Since we ship UPS and FedEx ground to the lower 48 states only, your order should arrive 1-5 business days AFTER shipment.

Out of Stock Items:
If you order an item and it is out of stock we will contact you by email with expected ship date. We will not charge you until finding out from you if this is acceptable.

Sometimes we have the item shipped directly from the manufacturer. We request a tracking number for every drop ship order placed, but sometimes the manufacturer is unable to honor the request due to busy times. We still follow through with the manufacturer concerning your order. We try to get a confirmation that it has shipped and when. We do not file your order until we know it has arrived safely to you

Tracking Numbers: Most all of our items are on an automated tracking number system. When the item ships the tracking number is scanned and is downloaded to our system by FedEx and UPS the next morning. We will forward the tracking number to your email address so you can know the delivery date. .

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt. We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items. Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.

To view shipping costs for most products, use "Add to Cart" button and put in the shipping address with zip code. We optimize shipping costs for your entire order. If the items can be combined in one box, the lower the shipping cost will be for each product. Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes. Note: You will only be charged sales tax in Illinois.
