but sometimes a item will arrived damaged in shipment.

breakage must be made within 2 business days of the delivery or
the item is considered accepted "as is." So if it is neon,
plug it in.
If other, inspect it before wrapping as a gift or using.
Neon Items Damage Policy:
We handle all damage claims, DO NOT call FedEx, UPS, or the Manufacturer listed on the packing slip. Just call us at 815-258-7514 or email us at zedds@sbcglobal.net with a description of the damage within 2 business days.
Please keep the damaged item, the original box, and any package materials for the damage claim as sometimes the shipping company wants to inspect the damage.
NEON SIGNS - IF YOUR SIGN DOES NOT LIGHT: The signs will only light if all neon tubes are seated properly and intact. Even one broken tube will cause the whole sign not to light. Sometimes the damage is obvious but sometimes it is hard to find as even a very small crack can leak the neon out. You will find a crack. UPS and FedEx only will honor ONE claim, if we have to send more parts, there will be a charge. We try to ship out the replacement tubes within 2 business days so you can get a working sign right away. All of the neon tubes are easily interchangeable. Rarely we run out of a replacement part and we will notify you of the back in stock date right away. Usually the parts arrived unscathed as they do not have the weight. If your neon light tube is flickering, that happens sometimes when the neon gets jostled in shipping. Let us know but it usually stops within a day or two.
NEON SCULPTURES - IF YOUR SCULPTURE DOES NOT LIGHT: Make sure the neon tube is correctly inserted into the base. If so, visually inspect the front and back of the neon tube. You may even want to (very slowly and carefully) run your finger along it. 99% of the time the tube is damaged and we will try to ship you out another within 48 hours. Usually the replacement tube arrives unscathed as it does not have the weight. If your neon light tube is flickering, that happens sometimes when the neon gets jostled in shipping. Let us know but it usually stops within a day or two.
NEON POSTERS - IF YOUR POSTER DOES NOT LIGHT: Visually inspect the front and back of the neon tube. You may even want to (very slowly and carefully) run your finger along it. If the tube is damaged, we will issue a "call tag" to have the poster picked up at your location and sent back to the manufacturer. You do not have to be home. We will tell you when the shipping company is due to pick it up. You may leave a note to them "package in garage, on back porch, etc." We will ship you a new neon poster. If your neon tube light is flickering, that happens sometimes when the neon gets jostled in shipping. Let us know but it usually stops within a day or two.
NEON CLOCKS - IF YOUR CLOCK DOES NOT LIGHT: Visually inspect the front and back of the clock and make sure the cord is connected securely. We will issue a "call tag" to have the clock picked up at your location and sent back to the manufacturer. You do not have to be home. We will tell you when the shipping company is due to pick it up. You may leave a note to them "package in garage, on back porch, etc." We will ship you a new clock. If your neon light tube is flickering, that happens sometimes when the neon gets jostled in shipping. Let us know but it usually stops within a day or two.

If the item is damaged beyond repair we will have it picked up at your location and have another shipped out ASAP. You do not have to be home. PLEASE NOTE:

have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do
not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the
claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping
company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge
for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon items.
To view shipping costs for most products, use "Add to Cart" button and put in the shipping address with zip code. We optimize shipping costs for your entire order. If the items can be combined in one box, the lower the shipping cost will be for each product. Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes. Note: You will only be charged sales tax in Illinois.
