What is your return policy?

Neon Items Return Policy

Because of the fragile nature of the neon products, we do not accept returns on any neon product. Due to the shipping company damage claim requirements for neon, all claims for breakage must be made within 48 hours of the delivery. 

1.  We handle all damage claims, do not call FedEx or UPS. Just call us at 815-258-7514 or email us at zedds@sbcglobal.net with a description of the damage within 48 hours. 

2.  Please keep all the original box and package materials for the damage claims as sometimes the shipping company wants to see the damage.

3.  If it is a neon sign, sculpture, or clock, we will ship out replacement parts for the damage ASAP. All of the parts are easily interchangeable. You must inspect the item very carefully for damage as the shipping company only will honor ONE claim, if we have to send more parts, there will be a charge.

4.  All damaged neon posters will have to be picked up at your location and sent back to the manufacturer. You will receive a new neon poster. 


Other Items Return Policy:


On all other products, customers must be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If not, simply return the merchandise within 30 days of delivery in the ORIGINAL BOX for either a full refund of the cost of merchandise (original shipping cost not included) or a credit on a future purchase. Call us at 815-258-7514 or email us zedds@sbcglobal.net for detailed return instructions on your particular item. Please purchase shipping insurance on all return items for the amount that you originally paid for the item. We can not refund your money if the item arrives back to us broken.

WE ONLY SHIP GROUND TO THE LOWER 48 STATES
 But don't worry...Be happy! We try to ship within 2-3 business days 
so you usually receive your order with 7 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: All merchandise must be inspected within 48 hours of receipt.   We have two business days to make a shipping company damage claim, so do not wrap that gift until you inspect. Do not call FedEx or UPS - we handle the claims. If you do not notify us about any damage within two days, the shipping company considers the items delivered "as is" and there will a charge for any repairs to the item. No refunds on neon or lighted items.  Furniture and other items may be subject to a restocking fee.

To view shipping costs for most products, use "Add to Cart" button and put in the shipping address with zip code. We optimize shipping costs for your entire order. If the items can be combined in one box,  the lower the shipping cost will be for each product.  Large neon posters, neon signs, and furniture, etc., ships individually in large boxes.   Note: You will only be charged sales tax in Illinois.
